Design Process

We use Cabinet Vision for 3D rendering.

And TurboCAD for 2D CAD. Computers are great. (At least when they work correctly...) At Berlin View Woodcraft we use the latest design software so that you can see what you furniture is going to look like before it is built. All you need to supply is an idea of what you are looking for and as many sizes, sketches, drawings as you can come up with. Browse our online Product page for some idea photos and to see examples of our design capabilities.

Showroom

The ideal situation is for you to bring your information to our showroom and we will design it while you watch. This way you can see every detail and make changes quickly and easily.

Online

If you cannot come to our showroom, browse our Furniture Gallery, find a piece that is similar to what you are looking for, and click on the Quote button at the bottom of the page. Fill out the simple Request a Quote form and we will get back to you with an idea of how much the piece will cost. Let us know if we are in the ballpark and that you would like some pictures and we will draw up your item. This entire design process is FREE to you. You are under no obligation to buy until you place your order with a 10% deposit. Then you are stuck with us!! Just kidding. Even your deposit is refundable until we have started building your furniture. At that point you are still free to cancel your order, but the deposit is no longer refundable. Sound fair? We think so.

Arts Festivals

This summer we will also be going to some Arts Festivals. So you will be able to see our products without coming all the way to Berlin, Ohio. We will also be able to visit your home around the times of the festivals to take measurements and design your furniture while you watch in your own home.
